ESF SFM™ is suitable for HEK 293, CHO and hybridoma cells and can be used for both suspension and adherent cultures. The medium is designed for use in shake flasks, spinner bottles and bioreactors, making it suitable for both research-scale culture and scale-up manufacturing.
Expression Systems LLC ESF SFM™ Mammalian Cell Culture Medium is an animal origin-free, serum-free mammalian cell culture medium developed for robust growth and protein expression in 293, CHO and hybridoma cell lines.
The medium is supplied as a complete 1X liquid formulation and is ready to use. ESF SFM™ contains L-glutamine and Kolliphor® P188 / Pluronic® F-68, so additional L-glutamine or surfactants are not required.
