The cells are prepared from low passage cells (<30 passages in ESF AF (animal-free) medium) and supplied in a cryogenic vial containing 2-3×10e7 cells. Freezing medium is comprised of 45% fresh serum free medium, 45% conditioned serum free medium and 10% Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO)
